How does our process work
From Start to Finish - The Sales Process Explained
Home visit
Once you have chosen the appropriate option for you, we will arrange a visit to your property at a time that suits your schedule. Depending on the service that you have chosen we will verify your property, take professional photographs for the website and create detailed floorplans.
Go-live
After we have completed your home visit we will provide you with property details within 1-3 working days. At this point you will get the opportunity to confirm the details of your property and approve the listing. Your property will then go live onto our website, and details uploaded to Zoopla, Primelocation and other property portals. Newspaper adverts have been pre booked. Your property will be viewable to the public and details will be on display at our prominent Market Street office in Tenbury Wells.
Viewings
You will be contacted immediately when a potential buyers asks to see your property. We will arrange a viewing time that is convenient for you and the potential buyer. Once a viewing is complete we will contact the potential buyers to gain valuable insights that we can use to improve your property's saleability. We will pass any information onto you and update you on any information regarding the response to your advert.
Negotiations
When we hear from the buyer who thinks your property is perfect for them we will contact you with the good news immediately. We will tell you their initial offer and if you decide that it is not quite right we will enter into negotiations to make sure that you receive an offer with which you are happy.
To Completion
After the offer has been agreed we will confirm this with both parties solicitors - who will then begin the legal proceedings. In order to facilitate a smooth transaction we will be in contact with your solicitor. When both parties solicitors are satisfied with the legal paperwork a date is set for the contract exchange to take place. This is when the purchaser usually pays the deposit. This is also when the date for completion is decided. On this date the full balance will be transferred to your solicitor and keys are released to the purchaser. And that's it! You've done the hard work and can celebrate.
